Don Pendleton's Week In San Francisco

Juice Design invited their friend, Don Pendleton to paint the first indoor mural in their spacious studio here in San Francisco. Needless to say, Don nailed it, effortlessly.

I’m a big fan of Don, both as an artist and for simply being a rad person. Thus, I made two consecutive trips to visit him and the Juice crew before his flight back home to Ohio.
Safe travels and hope to see you soon, Don…

Mahalo to, Andrew, Matt, Brett, and Chris at Juice for their hospitality, as always.

For Kenny...

Todd Shimabuku (IN4MATION) and Steve Van Doren were talking about our friend, Kenny Brimer in the past few weeks and this was what they were brewing-up for Kenny at Bondi. Amazing…

Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter

Kenny went through a PICC procedure today. Sounds gnarly as it’s inserted from the arm, through the shoulder and down to the heart, all through a vein. A bit on the squeamish side of things with this video below but a necessary step Kenny is going through in preparation for his bone marrow transplant coming up in a few weeks.

Aloha... Is Served Daily!

Brother Gene is moving to Germany at the end of this month and thus, a gathering had to take place back in Hawaii to properly celebrate with him at his house.

Check out Rene’s post at Fitted Hawaii‘s, Hana Hou page (or click image below) for more photos from Gene’s BBQ.

I’ve heard that consistent sessions are taking place at the Kapolei keyhole and amoeba bowls too. I need to see those photos…
